Kat Lora is Astoria based visual artist originally from  Albany New York, who is currently focusing on acrylic and ink mediums.  Her work has been showcased in various galleries, including The Greenpoint Gallery, O.N.E. Artistry, and belongs to the RAW artist community.  She is the co-founder and previous artistic director of The Machine, an Albany based creative co-op utilizing a repurposed industrial space. She received her  B.A in Fine Arts, with a minor in Psychology from Suny Albany.
